DESCRIPTION:

DICGAM-SP is a pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory combination. It is designed to reduce pain, inflammation and swelling, while paracetamol also helps reduce fever.

INDICATIONS:

It may be used for :

Musculoskeletal pain

Joint and arthritis – related pain

Back pain

Toothache/dental pain

Pain associated with injury or inflammation

Painful swelling after certain surgical procedures

Menstrual pain.

HOW IT WORKS:

Diclofenac: NSAID that reduces prostaglandin production, thereby reducing pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol: provides analgesic and antipyretic effects, helping with pain and fever.

Serratiopeptidase: a proteolytic enzyme used to help reduce inflammatory swelling/edema.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Prescription medicine – use only as directed by a doctor.

Diclofenac can cause stomach irritation, ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding, especially with prolonged use.

Avoid taking it together with other diclofenac/NSAID – containing medicines unless advised by a doctor. because it contains paracetamol, avoid exceeding the recommended dose or combining it with other paracetamol-containing medicines.

Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers/bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, or NSAID allergy.

Take it after food if advised , and swallow the tablet whole.
