DESCRIPTION:

Dicgam-P is a combination pain-relieving tablet containing an NSAID (diclofenac) and an analgesic/antipyretic (paracetamol).It is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever.

INDICATION:

It may be used for:

Musculoskeletal and joint pain

Arthritis-related pain and inflammation

Back pain

Toothache

Ear/throat pain

Other mild-to-moderate painful inflammatory conditions

Fever associated with pain.

HOW IT WORKS:

Diclofenac: Blocks COX enzymes and reduces prostaglandins , which helps decrease pain, swelling and inflammation.

Paracetamol: Acts mainly in the central nervous system to reduce pain and fever.

Together , they provide analgesic and anti-inflammatory relief.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Take only as directed by a doctor and preferably with/after food if it causes stomach irritation.

Do not combine it with other paracetamol-containing medicines or additional NSAID painkillers unless advised.

Inform your doctor if you have stomach ulcers/bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, or high blood pressure.

Prolonged or excessive use can increase the risk of stomach, kidney and liver problems.
