DESCRIPTION:

ACIGAM-C is a combination tablet containing an NSAID (Aceclofenac), analgesic/antipyretic (Paracetamol), and centrally acting muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone). It is intended for short -term relief of pain, inflammation,muscle stiffness and muscle spasms.

INDICATIONS:

It may be used for :

Musculoskeletal pain

Acute back and neck pain

Muscle spasm and stiffness

Sprains and strains

Pain associated with muscle or joint injuries.

Pain accompanied by inflammation.

HOW IT WORKS:

Aceclofenac : Reduces production of prostaglandins, helping decrease pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol: Provides additional pain relief and helps reduce fever.

Chlorzoxazone : Acts centrally to reduce muscle spasm and stiffness, helping improve movement.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Take ACIGAM-C only as directed by a doctor .

It may cause drowsiness, dizziness or sleepiness due to Chlorzoxazone ; avoid driving or operating machinery if affected.

Avoid taking it with other medicines containing Paracetamol or Aceclofenac unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine.

Inform your doctor if you have a history of liver/kidney disease,stomach ulcers,or NSAID allergy.

Seek medical advice if you develop severe stomach pain, allergic reactions, unusual bleeding , or other concerning symptoms.
