DESCRIPTION:
Pantogam – DSR is a combination of a proton pump inhibitor and a prokinetic agent . It is used for acid – related gastrointestinal conditions and symptoms such as acidity , heartburn , acid – reflux , indigestion and bloating.

INDICATIONS:

Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)

Acid reflux and hearburn

Acid – related dyspepsia / indigestion

Symptoms such as bloating , gastric discomfort and nausea associated with gastrointestinal disorders .

HOW IT WORKS :

Pantoprazole reduces stomach acid production by inhibiting the gastric proton pump (H+/K+ – ATPase).

Domperidone improves movement of the upper gastrointestinal tract and helps reduce symptoms such as nausea , vomiting , bloating and reflux .
