DESCRIPTION :

GAMCLAV-625 LB is a combination antibiotic tablet containing amoxycillin, clavulanic acid , and a probiotic .

It is used to treat certain bacterial infections. The probiotic component may help reduce antibiotic-associated diarrhoea.

INDICATION :

It may be prescribed by a doctor for susceptible bacterial infections,including :

Respiratory tract infections.

Ear, nose, and throat infections.

Urinary tract infections.

Skin and soft-tissue infections.

Dental infections.

HOW IT WORKS :

The medicine works through three components:

Amoxycillin : Kills bacteria by interfering with the formation of their protective cell walls.

Clavulanic acid : Blocks certain bacterial enzymes called beta-lactamases that can destroy amoxycillin.

Lactic Acid Bacillus : A probiotic that helps support the balance of beneficial intestinal microorganisms.

Together, these components helps fight susceptible bacterial infections while the probiotic may help reduce antibiotic-associated diarrhora.
