DESCRIPTION:

Cegam-P is a prescription neurological/cognitive medicine containing citicoline and piracetam. It is used particularly in conditions involving impaired brain function and during neurological recovery.

INDICATIONS:

It may be prescribed for:

Stroke rehabilitation/recovery

Cognitive impairment and memory problems

Brain/cranial injury

Certain neurological and cognitive disorders

HOW IT WORKS :

Citicoline: Supports neuronal cell membranes, helps protect nerve cells and supports their repair/survival.

Piracetam: Acts on neuronal function and cell membranes and may help protect the brain during reduced oxygen availability.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Dose may need adjustment in kidney disease.

Possible side effects includes stomach discomfort, nervousness, hyperactivity, dizziness or other symptoms.
