DESCRIPTION :

GAMCET-M is a combination anti-allergic medicine containing levocetirizine and montelukast . It helps relieve symptoms of allergies such as sneezing, runny or blocked nose, itching and watery eyes, and helps reduce inflammation in the airways.

INDICATIONS : 

Allergic rhinitis

Seasonal allergic rhinitis

Perennial allergic rhinitis

Allergic symptoms associated with airways inflammation/asthma.

HOW IT WORKS :

Levocetirizine blocks histamine (H1) receptors, reducing sneezing , itching , runny nose and watery eyes.

Montelukast blocks leukotriene receptors, helping reduce inflammation and swelling in the nose and airways.

IMPORTANT NOTICE :

Use GAMCET-M only as directed by a doctor. It may cause drowsiness or dizziness , so be cautious while driving . Avoid alcohol because it may increases drowsiness . Montelukast has also been associated with serious food or behavioural changes; contact a doctor promptly if unusual mood changes , sleep disturbances .
